The 23rd AIIC (Italian Association of Clinical Engineers) national conference took place from 10th to 13th of May 2023 at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence. A cardinal event for the industry, which this year recorded high increases, and that EGA managed for the 6th consecutive year.
An important increase for the exhibition area, made up of over 120 sponsors, of which 110 exhibitors, on an area of over 2,300sq m. Important numbers were also recorded for the scientific part with the presence of over 200 speakers among the 37 thematic plenary sessions, the 12 training courses and the 5 workshops held, in which more than 900 participants took part.

The event was also an opportunity to celebrate the association’s thirtieth anniversary with numerous social events, including a breathtaking concert held by Maestro Beppe Vessicchio, a gala dinner with awards ceremony at Palazzo Corsini (in which 570 guests took part) and a final aperitif at Villa Vittoria (with more than 200 participants present).
