The 45th National Congress of SICV&GIS (Italian Society of Spinal Surgery and Italian Scoliosis Group) was held in Rome at the A.ROMA Lifestyle Hotel from May 9th to 11th, 2024, attracting around 500 participants. A successful edition with impressive numbers: over 300 abstracts submitted, more than 200 speakers, 35 scientific sessions, 30 keynote lectures, 50 posters, and an exhibition with over 40 exhibitors. All the information was available not only on the website but also through the MySICVGIS app, which could be downloaded to smartphones and accessed on-site via a multimedia totem.

There were also entertainment and social moments, with Carlo Verdone and Andrea Perrotti attending the opening ceremony, and a gala dinner at Casina di Macchia Madama, a charming location with a stunning view, which was attended by over 160 guests.
