ISLSSL World Congress – Rome 2024

Held in Rome, at the Auditorium Parco della Musica, the 24th edition of the ISLSSL world congress – International Society for Labor and Security Law in collaboration with Mercatorum University – focused on the theme “Work In A Changing World: the Quest for Labour Rights and Social Justice”.

From Sept. 17-20, 2024, 700 participants from more than 20 different countries had access to plenary sessions, panel discussions, presentations and meetings on the world of work and its changes, focusing on the following 6 topics:

1.    The ways to achieve social justice in the world of work: current trends.
2.    Digitalization, Al and employment.
3.    The new trends in the collective labour law.
4.    Occupational health issues.
5.    Social protection systems: lessons learnt and new ideas.
6.    Teaching Y generation: new approaches, methods and digital tools.

We also organized a Carreer Day attended by more than 500 students, undergraduates and graduates, meeting with more than 30 domestic and international companies looking for new talent.
